1. Description of Service

IFC Verify is a browser-based software tool designed to parse, audit, and modify Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) files locally on the user's device. All computation is performed client-side via WebAssembly; no file data is transmitted to our servers.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees displayed at checkout via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its original content, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of Martin Motlík. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Service without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (AS IS)

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of the audits or exports generated by the software. Use of the Service for structural or safety-critical decisions is at your sole risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Martin Motlík be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including structural failures arising from your use of the Service. BIM validation and engineering decisions ultimately remain the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
