This Privacy Policy describes how IFC Verify ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Martin Motlík (Sole Proprietor, IČO: 21839662, DIČ: CZ0103073146), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website and software application (the "Service").
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure traffic and usage patterns on our public website. GA4 sets cookies _ga and _ga_3MW7LB7JQS in your browser to distinguish users and sessions.
EU visitors are asked for explicit consent before any tracking begins. Analytics fires only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no analytics data is collected.
US visitors are tracked by default under the legitimate interest basis but can opt out at any time via the banner or the button below.
We set two functional cookies that do not contain personal data or tracking identifiers:
currency — stores your preferred display currency (USD or EUR) so prices are shown correctly on repeat visits. Expires after 24 hours.
VISITOR_REGION — stores your detected geographic region (EU, US, or OTHER) to determine the appropriate consent mode and cookie banner variant. Expires after 30 days.
IFC Verify processes all BIM data locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Your model files are never uploaded to any server, never stored, and never transmitted to us or any third party. Zero data collection occurs on your project files. All parsing, validation, editing, and export happens entirely on your device.
When you subscribe or start a free trial, we collect your email address via Clerk (our authentication provider) to manage your account. All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
EU / EEA users (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
California users (CCPA / CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, contact us below.
